Alana D’Angelica joins Wix as Head of Account Management to oversee and manage the ad sales, onboarding and customer success teams for Wix Users and Partners. Alana is responsible for the entire post-sale customer experience for Wix’s customers and digital agencies. Prior to joining Wix, Alana was the Head of Global Partner Success at Datto, and before that she spent over 8 years at Indeed running client success teams. Alana received her undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Albany and her MBA from Fordham University.
