Stephen Noel joins Three Ships as the CEO of their new digital business focused on the legal space, 3S Legal, where he will build and shape a category-defining company and lead a team as it moves from a successful early-stage organization to the market-leading media business focused on legal services. Prior to joining Three Ships, Stephen was an SVP & GM at Internet Brands, running their Legal Division, and previously worked at Monster and FindLaw, a Thomson Reuters company. Stephen received his undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College of California and got his JD from Georgetown University.
