Chris Basil joins eSSENTIAL Accessibility as Head of Customer Success to oversee and lead the customer success organization and be responsible and accountable for the overall client journey. Chris and his team are responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships, implementing success programs within the delivery of the engagement, contributing to overall client satisfaction and organic client expansion of account, onboarding and setting client expectations and maximizing client retention. Prior to joining eSSENTIAL Accessibility, Chris ran customer success at B12, an all-in-one solution to help businesses succeed online, including websites, SEO, online scheduling, and payments. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
