Douglas Rothstein founded Redstone Partners, LLC, an independent executive search firm in 2005.

Douglas obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Marketing from the University of Manitoba and an MBA in Finance from Boston College.

Douglas has over five years of experience as an executive in marketing. He was a National Marketing Manager with Sales & Merchandising Group (S&MG), a division of Mosaic Group, Inc. in Toronto, Canada, responsible for the execution of the National Pepsi Taste Challenge branding campaign.

Douglas joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1998 upon completion of his MBA. At Heidrick, he helped establish the Worldwide Private Equity Practice and was an active member of the International Technology Practice. His clients included venture capital and private equity firms, venture-backed start-ups, and boards of directors of technology companies.

In 2002 Douglas joined Polachi & Company, Inc., an executive search firm in the Boston area as the first employee. He began as a Principal, was promoted to Vice President and left in 2005 to found Redstone Partners.

Douglas assists graduating MBA's internationally with their career decisions. He is a National Ambassador of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science (ACWIS), one of the world's premier scientific research institutions, and a former member of Boston's Museum of Science Innovator's Group.


Matthew Supsak

Matt joined Redstone Partners, LLC in 2010 as an Associate.

Matt has over seven years of experience in marketing and business development.

Matt joined Geller & Company in 2006 as a Marketing and Business Development Associate. At Geller & Company, an industry leader in financial outsourcing, Matt was responsible for developing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, event management and building strong business relationships with perspective clients.  His clients included Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, venture-backed start-ups and fast growing emerging businesses.

In 2009, Matt joined American Conference Institute (ACI), an organization that specializes in legal conferences. As a Business Development Executive, Matt was responsible for marketing legal events.  He identified and developed new business opportunities, while maintaining existing relationships with key corporate clients.

Matt holds a BA in Marketing and Business Information Technology from American University where he was a member of the Men's Division I Soccer Team.
